- 120 ml or 1/2 cup coconut milk (either fresh or canned will do, I use canned)
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil
- Optional: 120 ml or 1/2 cup Liquid castile soap. If you use the castile soap double the number of drops of essential oils.
- 10-11 drops of each of lavender, thyme, rosemary and cedarwood essential oils; 40-50 drops of peppermint essential oil.
Example: if you do use the castille soap in your formula you can add: 20 drops lavender, 20 drops thyme, 20 drops rosemary, 20 drops cedarwood, 40 drops peppermint. I like to use more peppermint because it soothes my scalp.
Place the ingredients in a plastic bottle and shake until the ingredients blend thoroughly.
Shampoo as normal.
Can be kept for up to one week in the fridge.
