There's a comments box at the very bottom of this page. Please ask questions & make comments!
Ah conditioner...probably the most important product used on a natural-haired girl's wash day ... we want it to soften, nourish, moisturize, fortify, rejuvenate, bring world peace! Okay, I'm getting carried away - anyhow, with this course I aim to introduce you to a variety of high quality ingredients that will bring all those qualities to your hair and much more!
"Grow Me" Conditioner
(for optimal hair growth & retention)
"Feed Me" Conditioner
(for dry hair)
"Tame Me" Conditioner
(for dry and frizzy hair)
"Love Me" Conditioner
(for weak/brittle/damaged hair)
"Soothe Me" Conditioner
(for dry hair & itchy scalps)
"Adore Me" Conditioner
(for thin or thinning hair)

Application Of Conditioners

My hair is usually already section in twisted by the time I reach the conditioner stage. I undo each twist to saturate the strands in conditioner. Sometimes I wash it out at the end of my shower; other times I let it sit for 20-30 minutes to get a deep condition. For my DC process in detail read: The Best Way To Deep Condition Natural Black Hair.

Where Should You Start?

1. Look at the recipe then buy the ingredients.
  • The name and volume of each ingredient you need to do all 6 recipes is listed, Neno Natural's ~ DIY Conditioners Course Ingredients List.
  • Alternatively, you can just calculate how much of everything you will need by looking at each recipe above.

2. Can you use these recipes to start a business?
  • No, these recipes are proprietary to me. However, with enough experience you can easily come up with your own commercially viable recipes. If you do you will need to get the stability and viability checked by a legitimate lab. You will also have to make you follow any necessary legislation.
