I have a very good detangling and combing session once a week during my weekly wash.
A lot of my friends, even the natural-haired ones, find it very shocking that I don't comb my hair at all during the week I just finger comb. Combing and brushing has been such a "given" part of of our upbringing that removing it from our routine is almost akin to not brushing your teeth! Anyway! These are the three things that I have learnt will break your hair when it comes to combing:

Great reminder! With my everyday husyle I am easily urged to grabany comb and quickly comb through to neat my my tresses. Will remember to take time and finger through and only carry my wide tooth.

i started using keracare natural line of products in my hair and my daughter also........keracare is a bit expensive.........do you know of a cheaper way to keep the hair soft and manageable

Hi Glenda I also used Keracare and I loved it but its way too expensive, try beautiful textures thats what I use for myself and my lil one also eco styler gel is brilliant especially the olive oil, its very easy to use all I do is apply beautiful textures tangle taming leave in conditioner and apply the eco styler gel and my curls are popping.Hope this help also another brand thats good is cantu they've just released a new line for naturals ☺ Comments are closed.
